These terms apply to the mobile applications published by Anvil Digital Apps, including TradeCert.
1. Study aid only
Our apps provide original practice material to help you prepare for certification exams. They do not guarantee a passing result, and they are not a substitute for the official manuals, regulations or training required by the relevant authority. Always confirm current requirements with the issuing agency.
2. Accuracy
Questions are written against current federal source material and reviewed for accuracy. Regulations change, and errors are possible. If you find a question you believe is wrong, email us and we will review it. We are not liable for any outcome arising from reliance on the content.
3. Purchases
The premium unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Google Play and tied to your Google account. It restores on any device signed in to that account. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policy. If a purchase is refunded, premium access ends.
4. Acceptable use
You may not copy, extract, redistribute or resell the question bank or any part of the app. The content is original work owned by Anvil Digital Apps and protected by copyright.
5. Advertising
Free use of the app is supported by advertising. Purchasing the premium unlock removes it.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above reflects the current version.
